Koretsune Seiko products are built to micron-level precision. Data created on a 3-D CAD system as part of our meticulous design process is used in our fully-automated, robotic production system to create products that undergo rigorous durability testing before delivery to the customer. The Koretsune Product System (KPS) ensures centralized management of everything from procurement of materials to shipping of the final product. Every Koretsune Seiko employee understands his or her own responsibilities and works together with others to ensure efficient operation.

3-D CAD design

3-D CAD design

At Koretsune Seiko, we use an integrated 3-D CAD solution, produced by Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) in the USA, called Pro/ENGINEER, which can be used together with our customers in activities such as checking for interference points. This data can then be read into a computer aided manufacturing system and used in the preparation of data for CNC machine tool operation as well is in the prompt design and fabrication of fixtures and other tools. The 3-D model data produced with this software can be transmitted via the Internet to ensure prompt and smooth correlation of design details.

The Koretsune Production System (KPS) is the name of our proprietary production management system. It enables centralized management of all phases of the production process, from accepting orders to procurement of materials, fabrication, and shipping. KPS is the key to our flexible response to a diverse range of customer needs.

This pump test bed is used to test every single hydraulic pump that we manufacture prior to shipping. This is the final process, through which we ensure that products assembled from parts fabricated under rigorous quality control are able to satisfy customer specifications.

Prototypes of all hydraulic cylinders designed at Koretsune Seiko are subjected to rigorous durability testing to ensure that they perform as intended. We operate two different testers: one with a maximum test pressure of 35 MPa and a flow rate of 100 l/min, which is used for seal durability and other similar tests; and the other with a maximum test pressure of 70 MPa, which is used for dual-pulse durability tests. Tests like these enable us to assure our customers that Koretsune Seiko products can be used with confidence.

Koretsune Seiko hydraulic equipment is manufactured to micron-level (1/1000 mm) precision. After being fabricated with state-of-the-art equipment, our quality control process calls for all parts to be inspected thoroughly using a 3-D measurement device.
